On January 1, 2023, a new regulation came into force, with which invoices must now include the C. P. (Postal Code) and the Tax Regime, without these data it will not be possible to issue an invoice.
If you’re having trouble generating invoices, try the following:
1. Make sure there are no mistakes on your tax information in the correct tax profile (Personal or Business) on riders.uber.com/trips.
3. Verify the trip you want to get an invoice for was made on Mexican territory.
5. To issue an invoice, the trip must be fully paid for. This means there shouldn’t be any pending amounts or chargebacks.
6. Keep in mind that promotional codes or “Uber credits” cannot be invoiced.
To request an invoice, follow the next steps:
1. Go to the riders.uber.com/trips website.
2. Click on “My trips” section.
3. Click on the “View details” button of the trip you want to get an invoice for.
4. Then, click on the “Get Invoice” button.
See more information on our blog.
If you have followed all these recommendations and still have issues, we’ll gladly help you. Please share with us the details of the trip you want to get an invoice for.
