Uber One is a new membership, which you can subscribe to on a monthly plan for 39 Q or, if you prefer, on an annual plan for 390 Q.

With Uber One membership you will have access to the following benefits in your rides, as well as in your supermarket orders and more:

• 0 Q delivery for eligible orders across food, groceries, alcohol and more.
• Earn up to 10 % of your ride’s value in Uber Credits on eligible rides to use on even more rides and orders.
• Access to user top-rated Drivers on rides.
• Access to live support via chat with our Agents.
• Special offers and promotions and invite-only experiences for members.

To enjoy all these benefits in rides and orders, activate your Uber One membership from your app:

1. Go to the “Account” section.
2. Tap the “Uber One” option.
3. Choose the payment method you wish to use (Credit/Debit card, Uber Cash and PayPal) and confirm your subscription.

Uber One monthly renewal is automatic; you can also deactivate your subscription at any time and up to 48 hours before the expiration of your monthly payment to avoid being charged for the next month, without penalties.
