If the merchant hasn’t accepted your order yet, you can cancel your order and place it again with your updated selections.

If the merchant has already accepted your order, you can call them directly, quoting the following:

  • Your name
  • Your order details (visible in the app)
  • The changes required

The merchant will do their best to accommodate your request. However, if the merchant has already started preparing your order, it’s possible that your request won’t be fulfilled.
