Important: for the moment, payment with meal vouchers is only available on mobile phones.
1. Can I dive the payment between my card Ticket Restaurant ® (Edenred or Swile) and another card?
Yes, you can. You can temporarily pay up to €25 per day with your Ticket Restaurant ® (Edenred) or Swile card (daily limit defined by the regulations). If the amount of the order is higher than 25€, you can complete the payment with another means of payment such as your bank card or Uber Eats credits if you have them. The delivery charges will always be deducted from your bank card, not from your meal voucher card (even if the order is less than €25). Please note that credits have priority over any other form of payment such as credit cards.
2. Can I tip a delivery partner with my Ticket Restaurant ® (Edenred) or Swile reimbursed?
No, you can't. If you wish to give a tip to a courier, the amount will be deducted from your bank account linked to your Uber Eats account.
3. Do all restaurants accept the Ticket Restaurant ® (Edenred) or Swile card as a payment method?
No, restaurants have the choice to accept or refuse the Ticket Restaurant ® (Edenred) or Swile card as a payment method. To do this, from the sorting and filtering, select "Edenred accepted" or "Swile accepted" in the Restaurant Vouchers section and click on "Apply" at the bottom. Only restaurants eligible for Edenred and/or Swile payments will appear.
4. Can I pay with paper meal vouchers?
No. For the moment, we only accept digital cards.
