An item in my order is out of stock

Sometimes, a merchant may be unable to fulfill all the items in your order. In such cases, the merchant will follow your chosen replacement preference. They may either replace the unavailable item with one of similar quality and price, or add the specific item you selected as a replacement.

If your replacement item is also out of stock, the process defaults to “Require my approval to replace.” The merchant will suggest a replacement, and you will have the option to approve or reject it. If you reject the replacement, you will receive a refund.
