For package delivery requests, please follow the instructions provided below to guide you through the process.
Steps to request a package delivery:
- Log in to your Uber Health dashboard.
- Select Create new.
- Select Delivery.
- Enter the package recipient information.
- Enter the pickup address information.
- Select a pickup option (may vary based on pickup location):
- Meet at the curb.
- Meet at the door.
- Pick up at the door.
- Pick up at the lobby.
- Enter pickup instructions (optional).
- Enter the dropoff address information.
- Select a drop-off option (may vary based on drop-off location):
- Meet at the curb.
- Meet at the door.
- Enter drop-off instructions (optional).
- Select PIN verification (optional).
- When PIN verification is enabled, the recipient must provide a 4-digit PIN on drop-off to confirm package handoff.
- PIN verification will be sent to the recipient via message or through the Uber app.
- PIN verification will also be provided to your organization on the associated trip card within your Uber Health dashboard.
Note: After requesting a delivery, you won’t be able to edit the delivery addresses.
Sending items using package delivery
When sending items through Uber Health package delivery, we ask that you confirm that no prohibited items are included in the package.
