To submit documents, use your app or go to partners.uber.com to see your partner dashboard.
When uploading an image, make sure that:
- the document image is clear
- all text is legible
- all 4 corners of the document are visible
The documents you submit generally require 1-5 days to review. To streamline the application process, consider the following when uploading documents:
- Make sure all your documents are current and not expired Documents that are expired will be rejected and will increase the waiting time since you will have to send them again.
- Your name must be clearly listed on your driver's license and must match the name you used to register your Uber account. The vehicle does not have to be in your name.
- Make sure you upload images that are clear and legible. Avoid using a flash camera when taking pictures of documents. The flash creates a glow that can hide the required information.
