Promotions change each week and offers will vary by city and driver. There may be weeks where no promotions are available.

Promotions are offered based on various factors such as rider trends, request levels, and app usage in your city. Promotional offers often fluctuate since rider behavior changes during the day, month, and year.

Viewing additional earnings opportunities

To view opportunities with or without promotions:

• From the main menu, select Opportunities to view upcoming events in your area
• Check out airport trends in your area on the app home screen
• View the main map to see where you can earn more with surge

Viewing promotions

To keep up to date on active and upcoming promotions:

1. Tap the Menu button at the top left of your screen
2. Select the Opportunities section
3. You should then see any active or upcoming promotions

If you don’t see any available promotions, you can check back again later, as offers get updated each week.

If you’ve signed up in a different city than you currently drive in, you may not be receiving promotions for the current city that you drive in. It can take up to 21 days to start receiving promotions in a new city.
