Scheduled bank deposits usually take up to 5 business days to reach your bank account.
Flex Pay deposits usually take between 2 - 5 business days to reach your bank account.
If you edit your bank account details before the Monday cut-off, e.g. on a Sunday, the payment will reach your account the following Thursday.
As a reminder, we calculate payments on a weekly cycle, which begins at 4:00 AM on Monday and goes to 3:59 AM the following Monday. Each day of the payment cycle is broken down below:
-Monday: Previous week's payment cycle ends, current week's payment cycle begins and payments are processed and deposited.
-Tuesday through Wednesday: Payments should appear in your account.
If your banking information is incorrect, the payment will not be processed and the balance will be automatically returned to your account. After updating your banking info a new payment will be automatically attempted. Flex pay payments will be updated to the latest earning balance.
