Problems downloading the app on iOS

If you need help installing the Uber app on your iPhone, follow these simple steps to get started:

  1. Visit the download link: Open your Safari browser and go to t.uber.com/ios

  2. Enable JavaScript: If the installation doesn’t begin, JavaScript might be turned off. To enable JavaScript, go to:

  • Open “Settings” on your iPhone
  • Scroll down and tap “Safari”
  • Tap “Advanced”
  • Make sure JavaScript is switched on
