Come aggiornare i dati dell'account

Puoi verificare i dati del tuo account sul tablet in Uber Eats Orders. Segui la procedura qui sotto per modificare il nome e il recapito telefonico del ristorante, nonché le istruzioni per il ritiro.

1. In Uber Eats Orders, seleziona l'icona del menù nell'angolo in alto a sinistra.
2. Seleziona "Impostazioni", quindi "Informazioni sull'azienda".
3. Modifica i campi, quindi seleziona "Aggiorna".

Come aggiornare l'orario di servizio

1. Accedi a Uber Eats Manager inserendo nome utente, password e PIN.
2. Sul lato sinistro dello schermo, seleziona l'icona che raffigura forchetta e coltello (menù).
3. Passa il cursore su ogni menù finché compare l'icona della matita.
4. Fai clic sulla matita per modificare l'orario secondo necessità.

Come aggiornare l'orario festivo

1. Accedi a Uber Eats Manager con nome utente e password
2. Nella parte destra dello schermo, seleziona "Orario festivo"
3. Imposta i nuovi orari per i giorni specifici.

**L'orario festivo aggiornato ha la priorità su quello abituale, anche per i ristoranti muniti di POS integrato. *

Come aggiornare l'orario di servizio di locali che utilizzano software gestionali

Se il tuo ristorante utilizza un software gestionale integrato, tutte le informazioni sugli orari del locale verranno archiviate direttamente su questo sistema, a cui noi non possiamo accedere.

Update pickup details

In Uber Eats Manager

To update your address, pin location, and pickup instructions in Uber Eats Manager, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Uber Eats Manager using your login and password.
2. Click the Stores tab
3. Single locations will see the new page with store information
4. Multi-location stores will have to click into a particular location to see the new page and make edits.

In Uber Eats Orders

To update your address, pin location, and pickup instructions in Uber Eats Orders, follow these steps:

1. In your Uber Eats Order, click Settings then select Store Info. You will see a map with an Adjust Pin option to make changes to your address.
2. Click Adjust Pin and drag the pin to the correct location. Then, click Save.
3. To edit store details, click Edit under the phone number from the Store Info page. After making edits, click Save.
4. To edit pickup instructions, click Edit next to the Pickup instructions on the Store Info page. You can choose from example responses in a dropdown or edit pickup instructions in a text field. These instructions can also be applied for customer pickup by moving the toggle. After making edits, click Save.
