If you think your cancellation fee should not be charged, please contact us from your app by following steps:
- Tap the account icon on the top right corner, then select ‘Help’.
- Scroll down and tap ‘Trip Issues and Refunds’
- Select a past trip which a cancellation fee was charged
- Follow the app’s instructions
- Select a reason for the cancellation fee refund and submit
NOTE: Cancellation fee will be shown in your trip history if charged.
