When you take a trip with cash payment and don’t pay the full amount, the remaining charge becomes a pending amount on your account. The same happens when you cancel a cash trip and a cancellation fee has been charged.
When you open the app again, you’ll have options to pay the pending amount using another payment method, or you can choose to pay on your next trip.
If you chose to pay on the next trip, the arrear will be charged along with the current trip amount on the chosen payment method. Don’t worry, this is not considered an overpayment.
