Uber Money is currently supported in the UK and in these 9 following EEA countries: France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Poland and Sweden.
To be eligible to create an Uber Money account, please make sure that:
- Your phone number is associated with one of the countries mentioned above
- Your GPS location is enabled and you are physically present in one of the countries mentioned above
- You have a password set up for Uber
- You have the latest Uber or Uber Eats mobile app versions
- You are using the correct path within the mobile apps in case of a gift card redemption:
- Uber app: “Account” > “Payment” > “Add Funds” > “Gift card”
- UberEats app: “Account” > “Wallet” > “Add Funds” > “Gift card”
