I was charged with a pending amount from a previous trip

When you take a trip with payment in cash and do not pay the full amount, it becomes a negative balance in your account. This causes you to be charged on the next trip.

If you do not have the option to pay for this pending cash on the next trip, you can add a new electronic payment method. See the step by step:

  1. Access the main application menu;
  2. Click on the “WALLET” option;
  3. Go to the “Add a form of payment or redeem a Prepaid Uber” section.
