Why is my price different for the same route?

When you enter the start and end locations of the trip, we use a dynamic pricing system to calculate the amount you will see on the application screen before confirming the trip.

This price takes into account higher values that can be included when there is an exceptionally high demand on the Uber app.

If you are seeing a different value for a trip you have already taken, it is because of the dynamic price boost, which varies according to the demand and supply at the moment.

Our goal is to offer transparency when presenting the value of the trip before you confirm it, so that you feel comfortable to change your mind.

If you do not agree with the price displayed, try one of our products (Uber X or Uber Juntos, for example) or request a trip later to see if the values change.
