Instructions for Submitting a Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee Request (LLPG Request)

If you find a cheaper current price on an identical liquor product in the same quantity that is in stock and listed at the same time by another competitor on UberEats in your State or Territory, use this form. Your submission will be reviewed within 72 hours against these terms and conditions and, if approved, you will be provided with Uber Cash or refund via your original payment method for the applicable price beat of the relevant competitor’s price on Uber Eats.

Note: applicable product limits apply. Unless otherwise advised by us, Dan Murphy’s Lowest Liquor Price Guarantee on UberEats only applies to competitor prices on UberEats before the application of any promotional codes, deals or other discounts that may be applicable when you check out your cart on UberEats.

Important exclusions: Dan Murphy’s will not adjust prices to a level that we consider may give rise to heightened risks of irresponsible alcohol consumption or would otherwise result in a breach in the rules or guidelines relating to the responsible sale and promotion of liquor products; or beat prices from overseas online, member-only or duty-free retailers, liquidation or clearance sales, and any offers which are not available to the general public (e.g. club or membership offers).

Dan Murphy’s has the right to limit purchases to reasonable retail and not commercial quantities (determined at our sole discretion).

Processing Time: Requests take up to 72 hours to process after submission.

Issuing credits: Price adjustments will be made via Uber Cash or refund to original payment method, which will be applied to your Uber Eats account within a reasonable time once the request is validated.
