What is Uber Courier?

Uber Courier allows you to request a driver to transport packages to the person waiting at a designated dropoff location.

車両で配達される場合、以下の条件を満たす小または中サイズの荷物を送ることができます。

• 禁止品が含まれていない (以下の禁止品リストを参照)
• 配達の重量または金額制限を超えていない
• 中型車のトランクに余裕をもって収まる
• 閉じられ、しっかりと梱包されており、受け渡しができる状態にある

自転車やキック スクーターで配達される場合、以下の条件を満たす小または中サイズの荷物を送ることができます。

• 禁止品が含まれていない (以下の禁止品リストを参照)
• 合計重量 15 ポンドまで、合計金額 100 ドルまで
• バックパックに余裕をもって収まる
• 閉じられ、しっかりと梱包されており、受け渡しができる状態にある

禁止品

契約で特に明記されていない限り、禁止品には以下が含まれますが、これらに限定されません。

• アルコール飲料
• 動物
• 銃器
• 壊れやすい商品
• 現金、ギフト カードなど
• 娯楽用薬物

荷物に禁止品が含まれている場合、または上記の制限事項に従っていない場合、ドライバーはリクエストをキャンセルすることがあります。

How to request a delivery

To request a delivery:

1. Tap the package icon in the Uber app.
2. Select “Send a package” or “Receive a package” and enter the sender or recipients information. Remember to always fill in this information so you can activate the delivery PIN.
3. Tap “Choose Courier”.
4. Review package guidelines and select “Got it”.
5. Review delivery details, select delivery options, and add special instructions.
6. Confirm your delivery request.

You won’t be able to change the pickup or dropoff address after requesting the delivery.

The delivery PIN is a way to help confirm a package was delivered, but there may be times when it’s not possible to collect the PIN. If you activate a delivery PIN, this will be visible in your app and shared with the person who receives the item. The receiver should be ready to pick up the delivery and share the PIN with the driver.

If your package was damaged during delivery and you would like to seek a refund of the delivery cost, you must submit a photo and description of the damage within three business days following the delivery date.

Uber does not maintain insurance for packages.

サプライズとして誰かに荷物を送ることはできますか。

受取人が歩道脇でドライバーと待ち合わせ、車両から荷物を受け取ることができるよう、受取人に通知することをお勧めします。

サプライズで荷物をお送りになる場合は、Uber アプリの [メッセージ] セクションで、荷物を受取人の玄関先に置くようドライバーに明確に指示してください。ドライバーはいつでもこのようなリクエストを見送ることができます。
