What is Uber Courier?

Uber Courier allows you to request a driver to transport packages to the person waiting at a designated dropoff location.

차량을 이용한 물품 배달의 경우, 아래 요건에 부합하는 중소형 물품을 보낼 수 있습니다.

• 금지 품목이 포함되어 있지 않아야 합니다(아래 금지 품목 목록 참조).
• 배달 중량이나 가격 제한을 초과하지 않아야 합니다.
• 중형 차량 트렁크에 쉽게 실을 수 있는 크기여야 합니다.
• 포장 후 단단히 밀봉하여 픽업할 준비가 된 상태여야 합니다.

자전거나 전동 스쿠터를 이용한 물품 배달의 경우, 아래 요건에 부합하는 중소형 물품을 보낼 수 있습니다.

• 금지 품목이 포함되어 있지 않아야 합니다(아래 금지 품목 목록 참조).
• 합산 중량 최대 6.8kg(15파운드), 합산 가격 최대 100달러를 초과하지 않아야 합니다.
• 배낭에 쉽게 들어갈 수 있는 크기여야 합니다.
• 포장 후 단단히 밀봉하여 픽업할 준비가 된 상태여야 합니다.

금지된 아이템

계약서에 달리 명시되어 있지 않은 한, 금지 품목은 다음을 포함하나 이에 국한되지 않습니다.

• 주류
• 동물
• 총기
• 깨지기 쉬운 물품
• 현금/기프트 카드/기타
• 레저용 약물

물품에 금지 품목이 포함되어 있거나, 위 제한 요건에 부합하지 않을 경우, 배달 기사님이 요청을 거절할 수 있습니다.

How to request a delivery

To request a delivery:

1. Tap the package icon in the Uber app.
2. Select “Send a package” or “Receive a package” and enter the sender or recipients information. Remember to always fill in this information so you can activate the delivery PIN.
3. Tap “Choose Courier”.
4. Review package guidelines and select “Got it”.
5. Review delivery details, select delivery options, and add special instructions.
6. Confirm your delivery request.

You won’t be able to change the pickup or dropoff address after requesting the delivery.

The delivery PIN is a way to help confirm a package was delivered, but there may be times when it’s not possible to collect the PIN. If you activate a delivery PIN, this will be visible in your app and shared with the person who receives the item. The receiver should be ready to pick up the delivery and share the PIN with the driver.

If your package was damaged during delivery and you would like to seek a refund of the delivery cost, you must submit a photo and description of the damage within three business days following the delivery date.

Uber does not maintain insurance for packages.

상대방 모르게 물품을 보낼 수 있나요?

수령인이 도로변에서 배달 기사님과 만나 차량에서 바로 물건을 건네받을 수 있도록 물품 배송 사실을 수령인에게 미리 알리는 것이 좋습니다.

깜짝 선물로 상대방 모르게 물품을 보낸 경우, 앱의 메시지 섹션에서 수령인 집의 문 앞에 물품을 두고 가라는 지침을 작성해 배달 기사님에게 명확하게 전달해야 합니다. 배달 기사님은 이 요청을 언제든지 거절할 수 있다는 점을 유의하시기 바랍니다.
