No profit sharing will take place during this fiscal year (2025), as Article 126, Section I of the Federal Labor Law establishes that companies are exempt from this obligation during their first year of operation. This applies to the newly created legal entity under which you operate, which was established to comply with the reform regarding Digital Platforms.
