Before the merchant accepts your order, you can cancel right away. Tap Cancel Order right below where it says "Confirming order with restaurant" on the order tracking screen. You won't be charged.
However, if the merchant has already begun preparing your order, we will not be able to issue a refund. If you'd still like to cancel an order in progress, you can chat with Uber Eats Support team by sending a message below.
Only live order issue will be taken by our team member in live chat. If you like to report issue of delivered order, please choose "Issue with delivered or past order" and corresponding issue.
