Carrier Performance - Volume

Requirements

There are no minimum volume requirements to be a carrier on Uber Freight. Your volume metrics are based on the current quarter and are reset at the end of each calendar quarter. Miles and loads count toward the quarter in which the final delivery happens. Only loads booked in the app or web portal count towards your volume score.

Excellent score

The size of your carrier determines the volume requirements for an Excellent score. Either goal (loads or miles) can be met for an Excellent score.

  • 1 - 3 trucks -> 25 loads or 10,000 miles
  • 4 - 11 -> 50 loads or 20,000 miles
  • 12 - 49 trucks -> 100 loads or 40,000 miles
  • 50 or more trucks -> 200 loads or 80,000 miles

How scores are calculated

Miles completed

This is the total sum of miles driven by your carrier during the current quarter for loads booked through the app or web portal. This is calculated using the mileage listed on the load details page and rate confirmation for each load.

Loads completed

This is the total number of loads your carrier has completed in the current quarter that were booked through the app or web portal.
