Couldn't find customer or other delivery issue

When you start a delivery, any drop-off notes or requests provided by the customer will be visible on the navigation screen of the app. This includes whether the customer would prefer the order left at the door, curbside delivery, or door-to-door delivery.

However, if you cannot find the customer’s exact location when you arrive at the delivery address, you can contact them via the app.

How to contact the customer:

  1. Tap the trip details bar at the bottom of the screen
  2. Tap the phone icon next to the customer’s name
  3. Select the phone call option
  4. Leave a voicemail if the customer does not answer
  5. Tap the messaging icon next to the customer’s name
  6. Select the messaging option
  7. Send the customer a message

If you’re still unable to contact the customer after arriving at the drop off location, you can cancel the delivery trip in the app. Just follow the in-app instructions to cancel. Once the timer has expired, you’ll be able to receive your next delivery request.
