Found item

If you notice an item left in your vehicle, let us know. We’ll try to connect you with the rider so you can arrange a mutually convenient time and place to return the item.

Returning a lost item to a rider can earn you an extra $20.

Riders can call you through the app without seeing your personal phone number.

If you’d prefer to get a text message, we can send them your personal number, but they’ll have this number for as long as they choose to keep it.

You can also drop off the item at your Greelight Hub.

To report a lost item:

  1. Select the trip where the item was left behind. If you’re not sure which trip it was, select the earliest likely trip.
