Included in your data download
Depending on how you use the Uber platform, the contents of your data download may include the following:
Account and profile data:
- Your name, phone number, email address, rating(s), and sign-up date
- Any messages you’ve sent to drivers or riders
- Information about your support interactions
- Details on payment methods like bank name, billing country, and payment type (e.g., Visa, debit)
- Places you’ve saved for easy access
Driver / delivery partner data:
- Device and app analytics from the last 30 days, such as your device OS, device model, device language, app version and the time and location the data was collected
- Details on each trip, including start and end times, distance traveled and fare information
- Payments received for each trip, categorized by fare and fee types
- Copies of your driver-related documents like your license, insurance, and vehicle registration
Additional details like weekly pay statements, tax and banking information can be found at drivers.uber.com.
Eater data:
- Device and app analytics from the last 30 days, such as your device OS, device model, device language, app version, and the time and location the data was collected
- Your order details, including items ordered, prices, special instructions, and time you placed the order
- Names of restaurants and stores where you’ve ordered
Rider
- Device and app analytics from the last 30 days, such as your device OS, device model, device language, app version, and the time and location the data was collected
- Details on each trip, including times and locations at which a trip was requests, started, and ended, as well as distance traveled
Additional Options

Not included in your data download
Certain data isn’t in your download for security or proprietary reasons. We also do not include information containing the personal data of another person that we can’t reasonably exclude.
The following is a list of information not included in your data download:
Account data
- Sensitive personal data like your Social Security number, mailing address, bank account and credit card details are excluded from your data download for your personal security,
- You will only receive messages you have sent. For security reasons, messages you have received are not included.
Mobile event data
- App and device analytics are limited to the last 30 days to keep the download size manageable and allow us to provide your data as quickly as possible
Rider data
- Estimated arrival times, pricing calculations, and details about promotional discounts are not included, as these are proprietary
Uber eats data
- Delivery fee calculations and promotional discount details are also proprietary and not part of the download
