When are we billed and when do we pay?

By default, your account is set up to pay-per trip. Pay-per trip organizations are charged for each trip as it’s completed. Monthly billing allows you to pay for all your trips for a month in a single payment. You’ll receive the statement on the first of the following month and have seven days to review the statements. The default credit card on file will be charged on the 8th of the month.

How can I see in-depth transaction data?

Users who have access to the Uber Health dashboard can download the CSV.

To download a ride CSV:

  1. Go to the Uber Health Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Past Acitivty section
  3. Open the Reports tab
  4. Select Generate Report
