Managing programs

For creating, editing and deleting a program, see the sections below.

To create a program:

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select Programs on the left.
  3. Click Create program and select whether you want to:
    • Copy an existing program
    • Build your own program
  4. Select the program you want to proceed with:
    • Travel program
    • Meal program
    • Central
    • Uber Health
  5. Enter the program name and description.
  6. Set the rules you want people to follow when using this program.
  7. Select which groups can access the program.
  8. Click “Save” to activate your program. Users will receive an email either inviting them to join the company account or, if they’re already on the account, letting them know they can access a new program.

Employee travel and meal programs will apply automatically if the trip or order is in policy. If more than one program applies to a trip/order, the user is prompted to choose a specific program under the Select a trip purpose screen when they request a ride or order a meal.

For Central and Vouchers, programs enable coordinators to access the dashboards.

To edit a program:

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select “Programs” on the left and select the program you want to edit.
  3. Edit the program as needed.
  4. Click “Save”.

To delete a program:

  1. Sign in to
  2. Select “Programs” on the left and then the program you want to delete.
  3. Click the 3 dots icon next to the program name and select “Delete”.
  4. Confirm that you want to delete the program.

If you don’t want to delete a program completely, you can deactivate it by clicking the toggle button on the program overview. This will prevent employees from charging to your company’s account and coordinators from accessing the Central/ Vouchers dashboards. You can reactivate the program at any time.
