Monthly Billing Statements FAQ

Who will receive the statements for our account?

Statements will be sent to account administrators and any other statement recipients. Administrators can edit who receives the account statements.

How can I edit who receives a statement?

  1. Sign in to business.uber.com
  2. Select Billing on the left
  3. Under Statements and Invoices, select the pencil icon next to Monthly statements received by 1 users
  4. Add the email addresses that you would like to receive statements

When will I receive a statement?

Account administrators and statement recipients will receive an email with a link to download the statement on the 1st of the month.

How can I download statements?

  1. Sign in to business.uber.com
  2. Select Billing on the left
  3. Under Statements and Invoices, select the appropriate month
  4. Select the Download dropdown
  5. Select Statement PDF to download a PDF overview of that month’s payments

Can I get PO numbers added to our statements?

You can add information like PO numbers or cost center information on the statements.

To edit statement information:

  1. Sign in to business.uber.com
  2. Select Settings > Billing > Billing notes
  3. Add in the required information

These notes will be printed on every billing statement and will be reflected under the company details.

How can I see the individual trip information that corresponds to my statement?

Users who have access to the Uber Health dashboard can download the CSV.

To download a ride CSV:

  1. Go to the Uber Health Dashboard
  2. Navigate to the Past Activity section
  3. Open the Reports tab
  4. Select Generate Report
