Requesting package delivery

On your dashboard, choose the Delivery option before you make a request. The following details are required:

  1. Pickup and dropoff address
  2. Recipient info
  3. Select “Request”

You won’t be able to change the pickup or dropoff address after requesting the delivery.

You may also provide notes to the driver. Drivers aren’t responsible for leaving their vehicles or loading or unloading packages. Please ensure that both the sender and recipient meet the driver at their vehicle.

Package delivery is available everywhere rides are available.

To cancel a delivery:

  1. Sign in to or
  2. Select “Programs” from the left and find the delivery you want to cancel.
  3. Click “Cancel” on the delivery card.
  4. Canceling a request when the driver is already on the way may incur a cancellation fee on your account.
