If a customer fails to present a valid government-issued ID when you’re delivering age-restricted items, you should not deliver the order and will be prompted to return the item to the store

If you delivered an item that you suspect contained an age-restricted item but the app didn’t prompt you to scan an ID, take action promptly by contacting Uber Support through the app and reporting the item in question
