Payments are deposited to your bank account EVERY TWO WEEKS and the payment normally takes up to 5 working days to arrive in your bank account if you entered your banking information correctly.
If you are still not able to receive the payment, please follow the steps on Uber Wallet page and check that the banking information on your account is correct.
PLEASE NOTE:
1) Banking account must be TWD Account
2) The name of the account must be the same as the name of the payment receiver
3) 7 digits required in the Bank Code (The first 3 digit stand for Bank Code; and the last 4 digits stand for Branch Code)
4) The ID numbers must be who owns the bank account
5) All the domestic beneficiary accounts are acceptable EXCEPT FOR
- The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation (Bank Code: 028)
- Chunghwa Post Co., Ltd (Bank Code: 701)
- Kaohsiung City Farmers' Association (Bank Code: 605)
If the bank details on your account are correct and you haven't received a payment within a week, let us know below.
