4 - Get your Insulated Bag

Delivery partners need an insulated bag to keep orders at their ideal temperature while driving from the restaurant to the eater’s location.

1. If you already have an insulated bag

• No problem, once your onboarding is completed you should be good to go! Remember, it is a requirement that all delivery partners use an insulated bag when accepting deliveries. This requirement has been set by Uber Eats to ensure food quality during delivery, and is protected from the outside environment.

2. Order an insulated bag

• While Uber Eats doesn’t provide delivery equipment, we’ve partnered with a third party supplier who offers a wide range of equipment at fair prices. If you’d like to purchase new equipment, you can visit their website here

• Once purchased, this equipment is entirely owned by you, and is usually delivered within 1-2 business days.

• In addition to the delivery bags, you can also purchase other equipment such as a phone mount, cycling glasses, and reflexive armbands.
