HOW DO I UPLOAD A DOCUMENT?

To upload a document on your account, simply log into partners.uber.com or click here. In your Uber Driver application, where you will be prompted to update your documents as part of the onboarding process. If you want to update a document, toggle to the menu in the upper left corner → Account → Documents and click on the document you want to update.

MY DOCUMENT GOT REJECTED - If you have been told that one of your documents has been rejected or expired, this could be because:

  • The image is blurry or dark

  • The four corners of your documents are not visible

  • The document is expired

  • The document uploaded does not correspond to the one requested

  • The document is illegible

  • The document has missing information

  • The photo is not of the original document (example: a photo of a screenshot from someone else’s phone)

HOW QUICKLY WILL MY DOCUMENTS BE REVIEWED? It usually takes 72 hours to verify uploaded documents. To simplify the review process, please ensure you follow the guidelines outlined above when submitting.

I’M HAVING DIFFICULTY UPLOADING MY DOCUMENTS

If you encounter any difficulties updating your documents, please contact our support team. If your documents have not yet been approved, please wait 72 hours before contacting us.

HOW DO I UPDATE A DOCUMENT(S) If you already have an active account:

To update a document, toggle to the menu in the upper left corner → Account → Documents and click on the document you want to update.

  • Once there:

  • Select the document(s) you want to update, example: bank statement, ID, insurance, etc. ,

  • Press the “Take photo” option. - Submit the documents. They should be submitted in good quality (clear image and readable text).

  • Uploaded documents will remain in “pending” status while these are being reviewed by the Uber Eats support team.
