If a customer’s or merchant’s words or actions affected your personal safety or ability to complete this order, please let us know below. We’ll review and follow up with you.

We’re committed to the safety of everyone using the Uber platform. You should never be made to feel unsafe when starting or completing an order.

In the future, if you have this concern:

  • When arriving at the merchant’s location, feel free to explain to the merchant that you’re not comfortable starting the order.
  • During a delivery, you can cancel the order immediately and politely explain to the customer why you did so.
