ABN -Name Change/Details Mismatch

It’s a requirement that all driver-partners register for an ABN (Australian Business Number) and register for GST.

In the event of mismatched details due to a change of name (for example, after marriage), you will need to provide supporting documents as proof of your association with the tax details.

The supporting documentation could be the any of the following:

• Legal name change certificate
• Statutory Declaration
• Photo of your updated driver licence showing your new name
• Marriage certificate showing your new name
• Documents issued by the Registry of Deaths, Births and Marriages

How to upload your supporting document?

1. If you see the Log in to get Help button, sign in with your driver details and then continue to step 2; otherwise, if you see Submit, you can move directly to step 2.
2. Scroll to the end of this page and upload a photo of your supporting documents for name change.

Once submitted, the document may take up to 48 hours to be approved.

Once approved, you’ll be able to start or continue going online.
