On-site Tasks will appear in the Uber app if they are available in your region. There is no need to sign up. However, if these types of tasks are available, you will need to accept the request through the app.
Follow these steps to accept an On-site Task:
Once completed, you will see a screen that says you’re approved. You can turn On-Site Tasks On or Off in Preferences, under the Services section.
After you have been approved, you can try out a simulated On-site Task to get a sense of what to expect. This can be accessed in the Recommended section next to the task information on the app. This simulation will give you a step-by-step preview of the On-site Task.
Once you have completed the simulation, tap Go Online to begin accepting On-Site Tasks.
Before accepting an On-site Task, review the details on the offer card. Then, select Accept to claim the trip.
On-site Tasks can be completed directly on your mobile phone in the Uber app without special tools or separate software.
Make sure you have a stable internet connection and a mobile device.
The task will show you what steps are required.
If a task asks for something that feels unexpected, share details about the task on this form.
You can only work on one On-site Task at a time. You must complete and submit the current task before starting a new one.
A new On-site Task may become available after your current task is completed or ends.
If you don’t see tasks, they may not be available in your region. Check that your app is updated to the latest version as it will have the most up-to-date information.
