Auto Accept Feature Overview

Auto accept enables you to accept trips automatically, allowing you to focus on your riders and driving rather than waiting for and accepting new trip requests.

How to enable Auto Accept

1. Go to the home page of the app
2. Open the Trip Type filter menu
3. Select the types of trips you want to accept automatically
4. Turn on Auto Accept

Changing your preferences

You can change your trip preferences at any time. Turn off auto accept, adjust your trip preferences, and then turn auto accept back on.

Availability of Auto Accept

We’re currently testing the auto accept feature, so it may not be available for everyone. If you don’t have access to this feature, it might be because:

• The feature isn’t available in your city.
• The feature isn’t available for your account type.
• You aren’t part of a fleet.

Once auto accept is available, you’ll be able to see it in the trip type preferences menu.

Make sure to keep your app fully up to date to access the latest features and functions.
