Get insights on your delivery performance by checking your ratings. Here’s how:
- Tap the menu icon (three horizontal lines) in the top left corner of the Uber app
- Select your profile photo to access your profile
- Your delivery rating is displayed right under your name
Understanding your rating
Your overall delivery rating is an average of your last 500 deliveries. It’s shown as a percentage:
- For example, if you get 9 thumbs up and 1 thumbs down, your rating would be 90%
