The pricing of the Taxi product is defined by the regulations in force. The fare is not calculated by Uber but entered in the application as calculated and displayed by the taximeter.
All you have to do is start your taximeter at the beginning of each trip and enter the amount shown on it into your app at the end of the trip. We recommend that you confirm with your passenger that the amount entered in the application corresponds to the amount shown on the taximeter.
This fare includes the approach, the wait, the pick-up, as well as any other extra charge provided for by the regulations.
Are tips included in this fare?
No. It does not include tips that the passenger may choose to pay you in cash or directly via their app, once the ride is over. Tips are returned in full with no service charge.
What happens if a passenger cancels the ride?
In accordance with current regulations, no extra charge will be made in the event of a passenger cancelling the ride.
