What is an “On-Time” delivery?
On-Time means you arrive at restaurant pickups and customer dropoffs by the “expected by” times in the app. These are suggested times for when customers are expecting you for every leg of your trip. There should be plenty of time to complete your delivery, so you don’t have to rush.
What goes into my On-Time Rate calculation?
On Time Rate looks back at your 200 most recent Pick Up at merchant and Drop Off At eater legs, and shows the percentage of the legs that are on time. The 200 lookback does not show the most recent 100 pick ups and 100 drop offs, but the most recent 200 across both trip legs.
What is a delivery leg?
A delivery leg is a delivery task couriers complete when in motion to complete a customer’s order. For On-Time Rate, the 2 legs that are tracked are: 1. Enroute to merchant 2. Enroute to eater
Where can I find my On-Time Rate?
You can view your On-Time rate in your Profile Hub, along with other metrics like Acceptance Rate and Cancellation Rate. On Time Rate is calculated by the percent of the last 200 delivery legs, both pick up and drop off, that are completed on time.
