The driver safety course is designed to equip you with the most up-to-date knowledge to keep yourself and others safe on the road. All new and current driver-partners are required to complete the driver safety education.
We’re working with a third-party provider to make the driver-partner safety education modules available. There are different learning modules that only take 30 minutes to complete.
If your Driver app registration is in Victoria, Queensland, Western Australia, South Australia, Tasmania, Australian Capital Territory or New Zealand, take the course below:
If your Driver app is registered in New South Wales or your registration is from Queensland, Australian Capital Territory or Victoria but you intend to drive in NSW, you are required to take the course on an annual basis. The course link is found below:
It can take up to 24 hours for your profile to indicate the completion of an education module. Once updated, you will be able to go online to accept trips.
