This permit is required whenever completing an alcohol delivery via a 4-wheel vehicle in the state.
Please ensure you save a copy of the permit below in case Law Enforcement asks you to show proof during an alcohol delivery.
Please note: Delivering alcohol to anyone without a valid government-issued ID showing they are 21 or older or who appears intoxicated, is against the law, and Uber’s policy, and could result in criminal penalties.
