What to expect at the appointment
When you arrive for your in person appointment, our expert team will check you have all the required documents (see appointment confirmation email for the list you will need) and provide you livery (if required) for your vehicle.
We will then take your profile photo so please ensure you bring your drivers license or passport with you.
We will then show you a quick presentation on your local regulations and you will be on the road shortly after!

What to bring to the appointment
On the day of your appointment, you will need to bring your Identity & Private Hire documents with you. After booking your appointment, please check for email confirmation detailing the full list of documents required.
