GPS did not load properly

If your app’s map isn’t loading, it could be due to:

  • Weak cell phone data coverage in your area.
  • Location services for the Driver app are disabled.

Quick fixes

To resolve the map loading issue:

  • Enable location services: Ensure that location services for the Uber Driver app are switched on in your device’s settings.

  • Find better coverage: Try moving to an area with stronger cellular data coverage.
