There's a possibility that an order you accept gets cancelled by the restaurant, the customer, or by our support team. If an order gets cancelled after you pick it up from a restaurant for delivery, you will receive a fare that includes the pickup fee, drop off fee, and distance fee.
The distance fee will always be calculated on the basis of the estimated distance travelled from the restaurant to the drop off location determined by the app's suggested route.
When an order gets cancelled, the order will then disappear from your app and return you to the home screen.
In these instances, you are free to dispose of the food as you wish in these instances.
