How do I verify my driving history?

In order to be eligible to complete ride and delivery requests with Uber you must:

• Hold a valid U.S. driver’s license
• Have a minimum of one year of license history if you are 25 years old or older
• Have a minimum of three years of license history if you are under 25 years old

While we are running your background check, if our third party provider Checkr is unable to verify your license history they may request additional information from you. Be sure to check your emails for anything Checkr may have sent. If they are unable to verify your driving history your background check could be suspended.

This could happen if your current driver’s license was issued within the last year, including if you moved or replaced your license. You will need to provide information about your previous license to prove you meet the eligibility requirements. Once you have the required documentation, you will need to upload the documents by doing the following:
