Uber Pro is a tier-based rewards program. All participating drivers automatically qualify for Blue status and rewards. By earning points and maintaining a certain level of quality, you have the ability to unlock Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status and rewards.
How to earn points:
Get 1 point for every trip, or 3 points for trips during 3-point hours. You can check your city's 3-point hours within the app. Your number of points determines your status: Gold, Platinum or Diamond. Drivers who also deliver with Uber Eats are eligible to receive points on deliveries, and the 3-point hours still apply.
To qualify for Gold, Platinum, or Diamond status, alongside your accumulated points, you will also need:
A star rating of 4.85 or higher
A cancellation rate of 4% or lower
Acceptance Rate of 85% or higher
Points are earned during fixed 3-month periods: November - January, February - April, May - July, and August - October. The points you earn in one period determine your rewards in the next period, but the points themselves aren't carried over. As soon as you earn enough points to achieve the next level of rewards, you start enjoying your new rewards right away.
