To help connect you with the right agent for your issue, we’ve moved the Call Support option to the bottom of certain help articles.
Depending on your issue, we’ll recommend the best way to contact us.
To speak to an agent:
- Open the Driver app and tap the menu icon to open the main menu.
- Select “Help” and then the issue you need help with.
- Once you’re on a help article that has the “Call Support” button, tap it.
Not all help articles will have the “Call Support” button.
- Tap “Call Us” to speak with an agent.
