For live orders:
In your trip navigation screen open the details of your order by clicking on the trip information on the bottom of your screen, then scroll down to the “Help and support” section.
Press “Trip support” and click “Chat with Support” in the “Need help?” section at the top of your screen to receive support for your ongoing order.
For non-live orders:
We have a host of information available on our help centre at help.uber.com, and within the Uber app by going to ‘Account’ and then ‘Help’.
From there, you can find a number of articles to answer frequently asked questions. Many articles also allow you to reach out to us directly if you have any further questions or concerns.
If you submit a question through one of our articles, it will go through to our support team who operate 24/7. They will look into your query and aim to get back to you within 24 hours. This reply will come back to you as an email and also through a push notification through your app (to access them enter the menu (three lines in the left corner) → Help → View all messages (bottom of the page) ). You can reply to this email/notification if you have further questions.
