I couldn't find the eater/eater was late

If you can't find the customer when you arrive at the delivery address, please follow our in-app processes so that you aren't penalized.
1. Call the customer.
2. If the customer has not answered, click the blue banner on the app that says "Can't reach {Eater name".
3. Tap "Notify" to notify the Eater that you called.
4. This will launch a timer. If the customer has not showed up after the timer has run out, press the red banner that appears and end the trip.
